Thanks for all your support but almost nothing worked as I nonetheless can’t do an iCloud back up. I did every thing you reported as well as restored from scratch and both of those my iPhone 13 & iPhone XR concurrently can not backup into the cloud. I also reset my modem but every thing will work on the two iPhones just the ICloud back up no more
